We want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience at Venue. If you are not satisfied with your product, request a return by emailing Venue at returns@ venue.com. Most of our retail partners and suppliers offer 30 days return policy. Nonrefundable example exceptions are large TVs, major appliances, furniture, and fitness equipment. Please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product. You must receive a Venue return authorization before sending your product back. You are responsible to pay all shipping and handling charges back to our warehouse. Venue will inspect the product, which must be in like new condition. A 25% restocking fee will be applied If it is returned damaged or missing parts.
For delivery of furniture, large screen TVs, fitness equipment and major appliances, please inspect the shipping box at time of delivery for any potential physical damages. If the outer shipping box and/or product appears damaged, you must notify the delivery person, do not sign the shipping receipt and refuse delivery. If you refuse your product, please inform Venue Customer Service Specialists immediately by email at CustomerCare@Venue.com.
Refunds for products returned will be reflected on your statements within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of return. Once the item is returned, inspected and approved for credit, your account will be credited within 5 to 10 business days.
Expect to receive your return label in the email address you provided within 2 business days. If you do not receive the return labels within this time period, please contact us immediately. Return labels expire 2 weeks after the Issue date. Should you contact Venue after the return label expiration date, we will not be able to re-send the return labels.
