VENUE Order Assistance

Return Policy

Most of Venue's retail partners and suppliers offer 30 days return policy. Nonrefundable exceptions are large TV’s, major appliances, furniture, and fitness equipment. Please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to new, clearance, open-box, refurbished products.
A 25% restocking charge will apply if product is damaged, missing parts, not in original package and not in prestine like new conditon.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Damaged Shipments (Shipment Damage in Transit)
If you see obvious damage to your order’s shipping box or packaging, please ask the driver to open the carton and inspect the contents with you. If you find damage, refuse the shipment and write, "Refused due to damage" on the delivery receipt.
Keep a copy of the delivery receipt with your notes regarding the damage and contact our Customer Care Team immediately.
Please keep all original packaging materials for 30 days to return an order in the rare case you discover damage or defects after delivery.
If you discover damage or a defect after delivery, contact Customer Care. We will work to resolve the issue and, in our sole discretion, we may:
Authorize a return.
Issue a replacement.
Issue a refund.

How do I order replacement parts?

You will need to contact the manufacturer for warranty replacement parts.

How do I make changes to an order?

*Please note that orders can no longer be updated once shipped and that VENUE will make every attempt to accommodate your request with the shipping company/carrier prior to shipping.

Does VENUE.com collect Sales Tax?

VENUE.com collects sales tax as required under federal and state law. The sales tax amount displayed in your bag is an estimate. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is completed and displayed on your order summary and packing slip.

Shipping & Delivery

Missing or Incomplete Orders

Because VENUE has several retail/supplier partners, some orders may result in multiple separate shipments. Your order may arrive as several shipments on different days. Contact Venue support center at XXX if your products do not show up

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We do not ship to multiple locations. Shipments are only sent to the same billing address.

International Shipping

We do not ship and process any international orders at this time
At this time, VENUE can only accept orders and credit cards from and ship to addresses within the United States.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is offered on select products as noted.

Small Item Shipping

We offer standard/ground shipping on U.S. orders when shipping to the lower 48 states.

Large Item Shipping

Carrier will contact you to schedule a dilvery date. If you schedule an appoitment and do not allow deleiery, An addditonal $100 charge is applied to rescheudle an additonal delivery date.
